Minimum Experience

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)with technical and user staff;

• Experience developing database driven web-basedapplications – 3 years;

• Experience developing database driven applications in aMicrosoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C# – 3 years;

• Experience with object-oriented development techniques – 3years;

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server through 2008– 3years;

• Experience with 3-tier logical/physical architectedapplications – 1 year;

• Experience working with users to gather and documentbusiness requirements – 1 years;

Preferred Experience.

• Experience with Oracle – 1 year;

• Experience with Project Management and Microsoft Project– 1 year;

• Experience with automated unit testing – 6 months;

• Experience with State of Florida financial systems (e.g.,Florida Accountability Information Resource system) – 1 year;

• Familiarity with the Departments’ security and informationtechnology related procedures.
