• 7-10 year experienced business analyst preferable experience in GxP process and Global Medical Devices
• Solicits Requirements from stakeholders and collaborates with cross-functional groups on ideas for potential solutions
• Ability to gain consensus on issues when there are conflicting points of view
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze requirements to determine the “need” versus the “want”
• Ability to lead teams through various options, use cases, and/or scenarios to come up with the best solution
• Knowledge of SDLC in a Biotech environment
• Some Project Management experience would be helpful
• Experience working with outside vendors on implementations of software
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing
• Experience is a plus with projects involving Clinical Trials
• Experience acting as a “proactive” consultant on projects (e.g., takes the initiative/lead during conversations and does not wait to be asked to do something)  

MUST HAVE

• BA with Clinical RnD experience in Biotech/Pharmaceuticals industry basically “Pharmaceutical Domain”
